About Us

From the founder of CulinaryLab, Co-Lab is a brand new culinary entrepreneurship start-up that launched at the 4th Street Market (4SM) in Downtown Santa Ana in August 2023. Co-Lab’s sister company, CulinaryLab, has trained thousands of professional and amateur cooks since 2016. Co-Lab was born from an opportunity to build a community of culinary start-ups. We operate incubator kitchens, run food entrepreneur training workshops, and manage an event space that supports small businesses and their teams within our culinary community.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Co-Lab, CulinaryLab, and various client companies. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies, developing engaging content, and managing a team to enhance our brand presence. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of creativity, analytical abilities, and leadership skills to drive our marketing campaigns forward.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Oversight: Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Co-Lab, CulinaryLab, and client companies.
  • Collateral Design and Development: Design and create marketing materials that effectively convey our brand's message and offerings.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update the website with new content, design changes, and details on upcoming workshops or programs.
  • Email Marketing: Develop, execute, and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Generate content, manage online communities, and oversee the operation of social media channels, including Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling blog and video content that aligns with Co-Lab’s branding and audience engagement goals.
  • Contractor Management: Identify and manage contractors for specialized marketing tasks, ensuring projects meet their objectives and deadlines.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on KPIs across all marketing channels, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ensure all marketing projects are completed within budget and timelines.
  • Team Building: Develop and manage a marketing team to expand our project capacity for both internal and external clients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Minimum 3 years in marketing management, with a strong background in strategic planning and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Monday.com, Mailchimp, WordPress, AI prompts, and social media.
  • A creative approach to developing engaging marketing materials and content.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven leadership style that can effectively lead contractors, colleagues, and direct reports in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM with a lunch break
  • Remote work options available up to two days per week

Location

  • Based in Downtown Santa Ana in the 4th Street Market (4SM)

  • $70-$75K annual salary, with performance-based incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
